Malaysia : Truly Asia

Malaysia  /   /  By Makrand

Malaysia has a unique structure on map with it’s mainland separated by South China Sea in the middle.  One of the most consistently growing country in Asia is no short of tourist places.  You can find various kinds of destination as per your interests.

You can find people from all over the world in this multi-ethnic , multi-cultural country. I heard stories from three guys from Sweeden,  a couple from Australia,  an enthusiastic traveler from Turkey, a bartender from Norway in just 6 days. The best part of it was I was with 3 friends from my college who joined from Singapore for first half of trip and 1 more friend Azli  from Malaysia  itself who has been like one of the teacher for me for travel lessons :).

6 days is a very short duration to visit a new country so I had only two places in my itinerary and I could spend sufficient time at both places.  Langkawi is the first island I have ever visited and I couldn’t have asked for a better start:).  Kuala Lumpur on the other hand is not just a modern city but experience Malaysia in a quick way. So let’s fly from Hyderabad straight away.

Itinerary of Trip :

Day 1 : Hyderabad -> Kuala Lumpur – > Langkawi Islands

Day 2 : Cable Car and Island Hopping Tours

Day 3 : Cruise and return to Kuala Lumpur in evening.

Day 4 , 5 & 6 : Kual Lumpur local sight seeing

Day 6 :  Kual Lumpur – > Hyderabad
